I received a large increase on my HOI and decided I needed to get quotes to try and lower the premium. I've been working with Doug for the past 3 weeks in obtaining a new GL policy. These policies are so confusing and tricky to understand. I am glad there are people out there that take care of Builders as it appears no one else wants too with the exception of taking your money and not caring if you have coverage or not. Doug has been very patient and informative about everything from the Builders Risk policy to our GL policy....I have switched companies and glad I have done so.

Omg I was just thinking about how I could get in touch with Victoria's manager or supervisor to let him or her know how awsawes she is. We had to add a new car to our insurance in a rush, all I did was email her and within about 10 minutes she had gotten me a quote added the car and sent the new insurance cards.
